salary rate job offer in maryland

I have a job offer in one of Maryland hospitals. I have 7 years acute care experience & telemetry. I have a job offer in ICU with the ff. rates: $33/hr, $7.30 weekend shift diff, $4.25 evening diff, $2.50 evening diff. This is closer to where I live, 15 minutes away. I used to get $45/hr including all shift differentials from another hospital in Maryland as a committed weekender full-time, 35-40 minutes drive. My new job offer is a regular schedule, not committed weekender. Just checking with you nurses who have similar years of experience if this job offer sounds OK?
