Salary for new graduates

Can someone tell me the starting slaries for new graduates in AZ. I am graduating soon and considering my options at the moment. I am in Minnesota, I know i'll love it in AZ but i have to consider the standard of living and the pay.

Yeah it's a dry heat .... but so is the oven :) And that's what it feels like when you open the front door some days!

LOL! sooo true. i hate the whole, it's a dry heat thing. yes, it is dry, but it is very HOT. i compare it to breathing into a hair dryer or oven. yuck. and the traffic here sucks!!

on topic though. i started out at $20.23 with 15% for night diff as a new grad. i work for banner.

Once it gets past 105 or so... it doesn't matter if it's a dry heat or not, it's dang hot! But right now it's 94, with a heat index of 90 ..... that's better than 94 with a heat index of 100 due to humidity!

I actually can't wait until next week when it gets warmer so the pool will get warmer!
