Salary Advice for 24 Hour On Call Position

Hey, everyone,

Just wanted your input...

I interviewed for a position over a month ago which is M-F, but 24 hour on call. They called me to offer me the position, but, imho, the salary seems a little low for being " 24/7 on call."

The benefits do seem to be relatively affordable, and they do pay mileage.

What do you think would be a good salary range for this type of position?

I did not formally accept or reject this position... just told them I wanted to think about it, and I would get back to them.
