Hi @gary236 please I would like to know how the program is going? When did you apply to the program and how long did it take you to get a response. Thanks

So sorry for the very late reply. I got busy with the program. I applied in the first week of Feb. They gave the acceptance letter after two weeks. I spoke to Patricia at the university. She was super helpful. It's new program. So far. I feel like that I'm learning a lot because classes are small. Get in touch straight to the director or dean. They are all very good.

@Gurvinder Singh Hey, congratulations on getting accepted to Saint Peters ABSN! I hope your studies are going well! I'm thinking about applying to this program and I was wondering if you can share your stats that helped you get accepted? Thanks in advance!

I had 3.7 Science GPA. My overall bachelor’s GPA is 3.3. They wanted to me get over 70 in TEAS. I was a little less in English in TEAS but they accepted it. Reach out to Dr Lisa Garsman. She is amazing. She will tell you everything about the program. It’s definitely difficult. I worked 30 hours . I think that my courses suffered a little but you can definitely manage a part time job. Let me know if you have any more questions. Enjoy your Christmas eve

Hey @gurvindersingh , I was recently accepted to the fall 2021 cohort and still have so many questions haha. Maybe you can answer a few??

-What is your daily schedule like with this program?

-Where do you go/when for clinicals?

Thanks so much!

@Gurvinder Singh Thank you so much, that was really helpful!

Hi ! I just took my TEAS and applied for fall 2021 . Since you’re already accepted, did you apply to other schools ? If you don’t mind me asking how did you do on the TEAS ?

Hey @Veralda Simeon

This semester I’m taking classes on Monday, Wednesday. I’m going to clinicals on Thursday and Saturday. Intially , my clinicals were Tuesday and Thursday. Because of COVID there are not allowing a lot of students on the unit. I go for clinicals at Hackensack University Medical Center. Some of my classmates are also going to jersey city medical center. I’m taking Maternity, Peds , Patho and Nutrition this semester.

last semester we were also 4 days . But we were taking 5 classes. We took pharm, physical assessment, medical dosage, Fundamentals of Nursing which is divided into two courses. It’s definitely hard but doable.

let me know if you have any more questions.
