Does anyone know how St Mary's ranks there applications? Like are they holistic? Are they GPA heavy? ICU experience heavy?

Hello everyone, just saw a comment that someone received an invite to interview. I am curious if anyone else on this forum can confirm that they also received an invitation? If thats the case, it may be that all the invites went out yesterday 10/24 and everyone else that has not heard anything is most likely a denial to interview. Thank you

So far only 1 person received invite. I checked the thread from last year and invited were sent out on 29th and 30th of October.

Super interesting only one individual received an invite from this thread. Maybe they can elaborate on what their email said? 
 

I would presume a mass invitation would be sent out and if we have not heard anything... then we can assume we have been denied. The most likely scenario (since we have not heard anything) would be that they are seeing who's accepting invitations and based on who accepts they will fill the open spots accordingly and then potentially send out the denial letters.

Thank you!! I find it weird that only 1 person got an invitation. You would assume out of 400 applications we would have heard about more than 1 person getting an invite. I spoke to another person who isn't included in this forum who said he and his 4 friends who applied have not heard anything yet either

Based on last year's data, I didn't think invites would go out until early November. Have not heard anything yet, and nobody I know that's applied to this program has heard anything either.
