Hi there! Just wanted to reach out to see if anyone has made a thread for Saint Mary's University of Minnesota CRNA application for the program starting in 2024?

No rejection email yet. This might mean they're doing it in batches. So keep your head up!

Interview offers went out last weekend, congrats y'all! Looks like they are doing a large amount of interviews between the two days. Any one have insight to what the set up might be?

Just checked the interview signup - out of a total 60 interviews per day and 120 total, there are now 16 unclaimed time slots.  No idea what that means (ie. people haven't picked a time yet, are doing a zoom instead of in person or are going to decline the invite.)  There were instructions on how to withdraw an application in the invite email so maybe some who already got accepted to their top choice schools would decline and open up more slots.  They said further instructions will be emailed by November 1st.  Hopefully anyone on the fence notifies the school well before then.  Good luck!

Not beyond what was sent in the email.  Looks like they're keeping track of the large amount of interviewees by taking our pictures first.  The sign up makes it look like we rotate through groups somehow and they mentioned getting to visit their lab and talk with current students afterwards.

Yeah, I was curious if the rotation maybe indicated an interview with faculty and an interview with current SRNAs. Just a thought- excited to see what they do!

Still no email either way for me. I have talked to a couple of other applicants who are in the same position.  Is anyone else still waiting?

I'm also still waiting for an email... I'm guessing they may mail a denial email?

I contacted the director last night about not receiving a denial or interview invite. Unfortunately, I was not selected for an interview this year. She told me I was a phenomenal applicant but did not have the amount of ICU experience to compete with other candidates. I am wondering if those of you who were selected to interview wouldn't mind sharing how much ICU experience you have? Also, did anyone use any particular resources to read/give feedback on your essays?
