Saddleback RN New Grad?

I applied for Saddleback Memorial in Laguna Hills and San Clemente and was told that they will start calling people for interview the end of this month and program will start mid-October. Has anyone else applied? Have you heard anything? I'm sure the competitiveness level is sky high...

So, nobody here applied? If you're working at this hospital, can you provide some pointers? I used the search button but all the links are from 2007 or 2008...Thanks!

I received a call a Monday for an interview at Saddleback and I set it up for Friday. Originally I wanted to set up an interview for next week because I am traveling from the bay area but they told me that they are only doing interviews this week and friday would be the last day. Good luck to all of you!!

I guess I wasn't selected either. I applied at both san clemente and laguna beach. Checked my status and it still say its in review.

Ok so I went to the interview and I think it went well!! Cross your fingers for me....so I asked them how many people they were going to interview and how many they are hiring. They told me that they only chose 10 to interview for approx. 6 positions!! I absolutely could not believe that they werent interviewing more. Hang in there you guys!!! I have faith that us new grads will be getting jobs soon enough =]
