Saddleback College Fall 2015

Hi there!

I just submitted my application for fall of 2015, didn't find a fall 2015 board so figured I'd start one! Who else is applying? I've seen on previous semesters that people knew the total amount of applicants-anyone know the total amount for this semester or how to find out? I have 85 (possibly 87) points, but still terrified that I won't get in. Good luck everyone!

Oh my goodness!!!! This wait is killing me! I never thought I could stalk the mailman the way I have been!!!! I'm going to be out of town the last week of May, my nephew is graduating from high school in Arizona!!!! Thankfully someone will be religiously checking the mail for me, because I JUST CANNOT be patient anymore!!!! Whew! I hope to hear we all get in and can finally start making our dreams come true!!! Good luck everyone!

im actually in the Bay Area so my family that lives there will be checking as well. But I've been through this already with other programs. I'm supposed to hear about another program either today or tomorrow. The stress of all of this is crazy!!!!!

congrats on your baby and getting in Kelly! can you please share with us the books that you bought or will buy to prepare for the fall, I def want to buy some if i get in also!

and shoutout to all you nursing moms, so much admiration for you guys!

and if anyone receives their letter, please let us know right away!! this wait is killing me!

My books came today. Any books with practice NCLEX questions is fine. I found a few for cheap on Amazon. NCLEX-RN drug guide, Saunders 2014-2015 Strategies for test success, etc. I hope you get into the program and crossing my fingers for you all. Already checked the mailbox today and nothing... Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

That's exciting! Were the books expensive? I've been stalking the mailman like crazy lol. Nothing so far. What else have you been doing to prepare? I feel silly, but I've been watching a lot of YouTube videos on nursing skills to prepare myself! IV insertion, sutures and removal, etc it's making me so excited

I rented a couple nclex books from the public library as well, definitely look into it and save some money!

you guys I can't sleep anymore I'm so nervous!!! it's the 28th and still nothing :(.......I have a feeling they won't come until the date they told us, which is June 2nd.

and congrats steph thats really exciting!

if anyone gets anything this weekend plz message us right away so we can attack our mailbox too!
