Sacramento State CSUS Fall 2016

I just wanted to start a conversation for fall 2016 applicants. I am dying to apply, and so nervous!! I'm finishing all of my undergrad requirements this semester at Los Rios. I should be getting an acceptance letter for my Sac State transfer soon, and then we can apply to nursing in a few days!! Good Luck to everyone!!

Hi, I tried to start a thread too. I am also at the los rios distrcit right now. I got my provisional acceptance to sac state. Now its time to apply!!!! I need to take the Teas this friday. Pretty nervous:nailbiting:

I'm jealous you got your acceptance already! I haven't gotten anything yet! Good luck this friday! It's not so bad, and it's awesome because you get your results right away!! Just make sure you don't have to pee before you go in... it's a long test!

I got mine on the 27th... Im sure you will get your soon! Ive been studying so hopefully all goes well. How did you do if you dont mind me asking?

I got a 92. I'm a really good test taker, so these kinds of tests are easy for me. I did a bunch of online pre-tests. I have all a's in my prereqs too, so hopefully I'm in!!

Oh ya your in!!! That's amazing as far as the test goes. I have all A's for my prerequisite and 6 point in extra curriculum so I really need at least an 86% just to have 80 points. But serious congrats on the score!

So.... HOW DID IT GO!? I STILL haven't heard anything from Sac State! I sent all of my transcripts from LosRios electronically, but I also had a CLEP test to transfer in, and that didn't arrive until last week, so maybe that's why it's taking longer! Did you get your acceptance through your normal email? The last thing I got from CSUS was a reminder to send transcripts.

Hey! It didn't go well. I only got an 80%... I can't believe it. As for acceptance I was just just talking about the provisional to the college. But it did go to my personal email. Also I thought I read somewhere on the nursing supplemental app that sac state wasn't taking electronic transfer at the moment, maybe you should check that just in case.

Oh no!!! It's ok! Apply for sure and apply at losrios too just for back-ups! I called admissions to make sure they got my CLEP scores, and they said they had my losrios transcripts too. But that's just for general admission, not for nursing. So I ordered official paper copies to send to the nursing dept.

Oh okay good! I can't apply to arc or scc yet because I'm finishing stats and micro this semester. But I know I will do good so I'll just have to wait until fall :( and maybe retake the teas!

I am applying as a Second Degree seeking student, so I did not have to go through that November deadline to apply for CSUS. That must have been nerve racking in general! I just got the conformational email saying my supplemental nursing application was received and now I guess all I can do is wait. I am applying with a 96. Good luck and hope we are all classmates next semester!

Hi everyone. I mailed my app in from Woodland, CA on Feb 19th and still have not received a confirmation email. Anyone know how long it takes to receive the email?
