Hello everyone! Thought I'd start a thread for everyone who is also applying to Sacramento City College for Fall 2016. We can help each other stay updated with any news, I know it definitely helps me through this long waiting period! We can also share knowledge if anyone has any questions about the application process! Good luck to all :)

They didn't say a number so I could possibly find out the day before classes start...I want to call them because right now my husband and I live in LA but are from the valley so, I wonder if they are willing to make an exception to tell me or not. I'm also curious how many alternates they select

I don't know if it means anything, but for the Fall semester, the los rios online enrollment system shows 30 spots in the first year class (Nursing 407), with 10 spaces on the waitlist.

Thank you!!!!! :) I would love for that to mean that there are 10 extra spots open for alternates lol...I wish they gave us a number so we knew exactly where we stood but at this point at least I have the possibility to attend in the spring, which is more than I was expecting since I didn't even think that my application was qualified with them changing the sociology prereq, so this was a pleasant surprise!!

Congratulations!! I got an email the other day too saying I am an alternate For Spring 2017! I hope they email us more information soon.

Congrats to you too :) I hope we both get in, that would be awesome!!! That would be nice if they emailed us more information but we probably won't hear anything until they decide an orientation date or as it gets closer

Hi there. I also applied to the same program . I didn't get accepted to the Fall 2016 but i did for Spring 2017. Did you get accepted anywhere?
