Hello all,
I've noticed that no-one made a thread for the accelerated nursing program for fall 2018 students so I decided to start one. Feel free to share any knowledge on the program :)
why would they not be accurate if they are from the second degree nursing program? that's what the accelerated program is so wouldn't it be accurate? I checked the site someone posted and its the same proram as the accelerated program
Yes you are correct. For some reason I thought there were two program offerings; an accelerated and a non accelerated. Sorry for adding to the confusion.
Anyone that has not heard back yet receive anything today??
I haven't heard anything back yet. It seems based on past years that Rutgers spreads out acceptances into batches. I hope my credentials were praiseworthy enough to get accepted. I have a Masters degree with a 3.725 gpa but an Undergrad GPA of only 3.15, with A's in all the prereqs except lifespan and various healthcare experiences from clinical labs to ambulatory internships, but tbh I don't know how that stacks up or what weight they give to various facets of the applications. Patiently and anxiously waiting lol
Hello all, got an acceptance email today at 3:42 p.m.. Got accepted to both campuses and I'm going to choose NB as it is closer to my home. I submitted my application in late March and I have to confirm by July 9th. My professional background is in design and computer science. For the last 2 years, while I was taking my prerequisites, I also taught yoga to seniors and people with limited physical abilities. My overall undergrad gpa is 3.78 and my prerequisite gpa is 4.0. And last but not least! Congratulations to everyone on their acceptance, looking forward to meeting all of you in the fall!

Those orientation dates are from the second degree in nursing program so it's possible that they are not accurate. I personally haven't heard directly from the school regarding orientation dates or times.
