Rutgers DNP FNP Fall 2019

Hi everyone! I applied for both Camden and Newark DNP FNP program for fall 2019. I didn’t see anyone start a thread for this so just wondering how everyone is doing and if anyone has heard back yet! Good luck!

Hi! I also applied Rutgers BSN to DNP program for fall 19. Have you interviewed yet?

Hello! Yes, I interviewed with Camden last week and got a response today. I haven’t heard back from Newark yet.

Hi! Thanks for starting this thread! I applied for the BSN-DNP at Rutgers Newark as well. I haven't heard anything yet... no interview either...

I haven't heard anything from Rutgers Newark either, not even an interview...

I emailed admissions just to see when we should be hearing back. They told me they’re still reviewing applications and we should be hearing back “soon.” Did not give me a deadline date though. Fingers crossed!

Hello all!

I am still waiting to hear back as well. Also DOUBLE CHECK that your application on their end is complete. Although, online it looks like they received everything, when I called admissions they said they were waiting on a transcript I had already sent...twice.

Update: I just got my acceptance email from Rutgers Newark! I spoke to admissions because I was concerned about my application. They told me that they were reviewing applications and applicants should be hearing back in 4-6 weeks, 4 weeks being today. Good luck everyone, hope to see you in class!
