Rutgers ABSN Summer 2022

Hi all.
I am applying for Rutgers-Newark ABSN Summer 2022 start date. I wanted to know if anyone has heard back yet from the program?

Did you guys have to accept the admission and pay for enrollment before you received all that information about scrubs and stuff?

I am wondering the same thing! I accepted the offer by filling out the survey, and I also got added to the Canvas course, but I haven't received info about scrubs, orientation, and all that.

how did you see that you were added to a canvas course?

I received an email to my Rutgers email address (I am a re-enrolling student) and when I go onto Canvas I am part of a course called "School of Nursing - Student Information"

Ohh, im a new student. I have also enrolled but I haven't received any other information. Out of curiosity, are there any start dates associated with the class? Im wondering about when exactly in May classes will start.

It doesn't say anything specific as far as I can tell on Canvas. But I think in the past when I spoke to someone, they said the semesters will follow the academic calendar, meaning it should start on May 31st.

I got the email 3 days after I accepted so it should be coming soon for you.

All those who have been admitted and see themselves in Canvas under students. We should form a group chat in order to be better communicated and be able to help each other with information regarding the process of applying.

The only issue, is that there’s like 100+ people that keep loading up. And I don’t know who is who. And like it feels weird to give real names through this platform. Just because LOL
