Hi Everyone,

This is my first post. I just got accepted to the Rutgers Accelerated BSN program and I am eager to talk with my new classmates. I am not sure how many of us there are, but I am super excited about this summer. :yeah:

Hi Rachel. I last spoke with her closer to 3 weeks ago, so this is obviously evolving as we go. She did tell me that, if the exam was to be required, we would be given the summer to get it done. At least that part is consistent between us. If she told you a week ago that there is an exam and an essay, that is probably right. Thanks for the updated information!

Regarding parking, there are two lots nearby Ackerson Hall, where the orientation is held. There is a lot on Washington St across the street from the law school. There is also a large parking deck on University Ave nearly adjacent to Ackerson. I would recommend parking on the deck.

In a former life, I was a student at the law school. Without a parking tag, parking was $5. With a tag, $2. Not sure what it is these days. We'll probably have to pay the higher price on the 11th.

I am so glad I found this thread, as I was accepted to the program as well. It will be good to share information with each other on here. I have to challenge cultural dimensions also so it seems as though we are all in the same boat which makes me feel better.

We're practically neighbors! I'm in Somerset (Franklin). With the cost of gas prices rising, I would be open to car pooling. Maybe we'll all chat about it on wed at the orientation. See you all there! Exciting!:yeah:

Did any of you transfer online classes? I am trying to figure out if Rutgers allows this. Either from Ocean County Community or some of the other online sites like Edukan..
