I seriously doubt that is an accurate number. Other schools I applied to were about 150, highest was about 250 (very popular programs) Wouldn't put much stock in that. Even if it is a high number have to remember probably a lot of people applied who don't qualify aka app isn't complete, don't have all the classes they need, transcripts didn't send in time etc etc

Yeah 2k seems like a fear tactic LOL. Hope it's not true for all our sakes! 😂🤞🏼

2k sounds extreme. Highest number of applicants I've heard was 750 down here in Miami (FIU), but that's because it's a very cheap program and everybody wanna come down here (I've heard program sucks by the way and everybody has told me to stay away from it)  not even at the top 3 universities like Pitt have that many applicants.

Applied and following!

Applied and following. CVICU RN, CCRN, 3.5 years at level 1. ECMO, heart transplants, CRRT, impella, and more. Good luck everyone.

Lord help us. I'm willing to move from the east coast for the program, but lord if the application process isn't going to bleed me dry in the meantime! $$$  Anybody hear anything yet? Good luck everyone!

Has anyone received any news? I was hoping we would hear back by today!
