Anyone else applying for the Rush GEM Summer 2014 cohort? It's been a long road of prereqs to get here, hasn't it? I, for one, am very excited. And hopeful. Only time will tell.

What are my chances of being accepted into summer 14? I was wait listed but guaranteed a seat for the January start.

for those from out of town and who are not familiar with the trains, the pink line runs THROUGH the Rush University building, and there are two Blue line stops, which are just three blocks to either north east or north west of the Medical Center.

Pilsen is a great vibrant gentrifying neighborhood, a 5 minute bike ride from Medical Center and rent is Cheap. University Village, to east of the Medical Center is much more expensive, for a reason, newer buildings / more established previously italian neighborhood.

does anyone mind sharing their information on how they got accepted? such as GPA/GRE/Experience/Research? I am thinking to apply to the program but I am not sure if I am competitive enough
