I guys!! I just got hired for my first nursing job!!! Wooooooo hooooooo!!! But now I need to buy shoes!! Hahahaha
I keep seeing that people are using running shoes. But are those leather? Or are people just not worried about wearing leather. I will be working in a PEDS office, so I will be giving injections. So...what do you think? I tried the Danskos on, but I don't like clogs and even the "non clogs" felt like clogs. I haven't tried the Alegrias yet. Do they feel "cloggy"?
Well, most hospital employees wear running shoes where I work unless they are administration or dressed in business attire. However, if you have a needle stick with the needle going through the mesh and your policy bans those type of shoes, then they may fight it.
