Hey everyone! I was just seeing if anybody else out here was submitting an application for the nursing program at Rose State College for the fall 2015 semester. I would love to hear back from those who are and be able to communicate with during the long waiting period! Thanks!!!

I got my acceptance letter to the traditional campus option a couple weeks ago! Very excited!

Yes we will! How do we know if we are group A or group B? Or will we find out at enrollment?

We find out at enrollment, but we have specific times for enrollment when we turn in all the required papers, so basically the sooner all the required paperwork is turned in the better of chances you get for getting the preferred clinic slot. I'm hoping to get into group B though!

Yeah I saw that but it seems like we can't even turn everything in till after July 1st because we can't get the background check until then. I want group A I think ha.

I got my letter telling me I was the 5th alternate a while back and recently got my referral letter to do the 1+1 Program option. I applied to 2 LPN programs (Metro Tech & Francis Tuttle) and should hear back in July. So it looks like I will be starting at one of those programs in the fall and then transferring into the 3rd semester of the Rose State program in the Fall 2016 semester and finishing out! So no time was lost, I get to start towards my nursing career, and graduate/become an RN in Spring 2017! Woohoo! It all worked out!
