Members are discussing their experiences with being waitlisted and accepted into a nursing program, specifically focusing on the timing of notifications and the process of being waitlisted. Some members have received acceptance letters after being waitlisted, while others are still waiting for updates. There is also discussion about improving applications for reapplying and increasing science GPA for future applications.
Anyone applying to RFU's CRNA program for May 2025 start? Applications open today in NursingCAS. I don't see the application yet so I plan to check again later in the day.

As of Oct 19th open house session 10 spots were already given out. After the last info session it appears several more were given out. I would likely guess the number is between 15-25 given out. They made it seem like the do try to give spots out over the whole period of the application being open (the professor speaking at open house stated the goal was to have 30-35 slots decided by December.) I believe they form the official "waitlist" in Feburary.
40 spots Illinois, 10 spots Colorado this cycle.
If anyone who got accepted can give me any insight into what the informational session questions are geared towards I would be eternally grateful. IDK how to prepare for this and I feel like it's my final chance to stand out and prove my worth! please help.. my email is [email protected] for some reason I can't DM on here maybe since it's a free account. My info session is on the 12th this month also.

I'm scheduled for the 12th as well ! And have no idea how to prepare . Do you know if it's clinical , EI or both or just a relaxed information session ?

Didn't get an invitation to the information session, but heard it is all about EI and getting to know you. Hope that will help.
I was in the first information session and is on hold right after, faculty and current students are there to answer your questions and make you feel as comfortable as possible and they all are very nice! If you can be yourself without your nerves getting to you, LIKE ME, You will do great! Good luck to you all! Hope we make it 🤞
