Rosalind Franklin University CRNA App 2023

Updated:   Published

Let's watch this Rosalind Franklin University application process together!

Notes: the app went live August 11th 2022 and it's a rolling application so get your stuff in asap. I went to the info session and it sounds like virtual interviews are being held between October and February and the invites for those start being sent out in early September. Offer letters started coming out last year in November.

Post if you find out anything to share! Good luck to us all!

Received my email. Did not get an invite. My GPA is quite low. Not surprised honestly but was hoping my experience and recent As in two science courses (including a grad level) would help. It’s competitive, so I totally understand. Good luck to the rest of you all!!

Did you get denied? Or was it a confirmation of application email

Yes I got denied unfortunately. I received confirmation two weeks ago and was denied today.

It was 3.1

I emailed the program director for any suggestions.

You seem to be on the right track to making yourself a competitive applicant. I wish you the best!

Does anybody have any info about how or when they contact our references? I have yet to get in contact with the person I used for my professor from nursing school reference.

That’s not even low. You got A’s and B’s, which are good grades. It is just a bit under their statistics. I am only a little higher. Maybe 3.3 GPA. My first degree was around 3.1 but my BSN was 4.0. The problem is that I have so many credit hours that I can’t reasonably improve my GPA any further. Hopefully my recent performance is weighted more heavily.

I think it matters that they waited so long to give you a no. That means you’re competitive and they took awhile to decide.

I haven’t heard back yet. Submitted my app the day after it opened. If no news is good news, I guess things could be better could be worse ?

I just received a hold status. That seems like a soft denial. What do you guys think?

I was put on hold last year ended up getting denied no interview. Not saying that will happen to you. Either way it’s still a win because they haven’t denied you, you’re still in the running, and obviously something stands out to them on your application.

When did you submit your app?

Just got an invite to interview! ??

I as well got a hold status too.
