Rosalind Franklin University CRNA App 2023

Updated:   Published

Let's watch this Rosalind Franklin University application process together!

Notes: the app went live August 11th 2022 and it's a rolling application so get your stuff in asap. I went to the info session and it sounds like virtual interviews are being held between October and February and the invites for those start being sent out in early September. Offer letters started coming out last year in November.

Post if you find out anything to share! Good luck to us all!

Hello everyone. Just wanting some insight on this year's application. I completed my Kira, and was waiting for the 2nd email interview link (from what this forum states), but just got an email tonight stating that my application is on hold and is being strongly considered. How should I interpret this? It seems like they are doing things differently than last year. I was under the impression that if you did the Kira, you automatically were going to be able to do the 2nd part of the interview. Maybe that's changed. Thank you!

Last year I was out on hold and finally got a rejection in March. I know several people who were also on hold with the same experience. If you're on the wait list, then that's different and you have a chance!

The best thing you can do is focus on other schools and start planning for next year's application. If a miracle occurs and you get an interview, then that's an awesome surprise! But if not, at least you can be working on a plan for next cycle.

When you were out on hold, did you already complete the Kira interview part? Or did you get put on hold before that?

I didn't get that far. I know one person who did. It seems as though everyone on hold is reevaluated after interviews are completed. I think for your own sanity and success, don't wait on RFU. Start considering ways to strengthen yourself now because a year goes by quickly. Don't give up!

Thank you, I appreciate it!!

Does anyone who interviewed last year have any tips? How was the interview format?

Hello,

Where is a good place to live in Chicago while attending RFU CRNA program? Any suggestions?

Just got my acceptance letter via RFUCONNECT. Unto Summer 2023. Goodluck to everyone still waiting to hear something.

I know this was forever ago, but I have my Kira Assessment this week! Any insight to whether it was clincal or EI?
