Rosalind Franklin University CRNA App 2023

Updated:   Published

Let's watch this Rosalind Franklin University application process together!

Notes: the app went live August 11th 2022 and it's a rolling application so get your stuff in asap. I went to the info session and it sounds like virtual interviews are being held between October and February and the invites for those start being sent out in early September. Offer letters started coming out last year in November.

Post if you find out anything to share! Good luck to us all!

Did you all fill out the experience section on nursing cas ? Just curious since we are submitting a resume with work experience ? Thanks so much !

Specializes in CVICU/Trauma ICU.

I got a confirmation email from RFU grad admissions stating they received my application today.

Interested to see if they continue online interviews this year or if they’ll transition to face to face. I’m excited to hear more!

I would follow all the instructions to the letter, even though the resume repeats a lot of what was said already.

No, but historically those invites start rolling out in September unless anyone's heard differently.

Following, good luck everyone!

Did anybody take biostatistics online they can recommend? I haven’t taken it since other schools I applied to wanted orgo, biochemistry or physics but would like to enroll and show in my application I’m in the process of taking since they say its “highly recommended”.

I haven’t taken it either but I would recommend the University of California San Diego Extension. The classes are online and asynchronous, so you don’t have to change your work schedule to take them. Just study, complete the weekly assignments, and watch prerecorded lectures. I’m in physiology right now and I’ll enroll in either bio chem or organic chem after that. It makes me nervous too since “highly recommended” seems to be code for “required” in these applications.

I saw that! I may take that one.

Specializes in Critical care/ Cardiac Surgery.

I just got my confirmation email last night about the committee reviewing my application. Also, I called a little over a week ago about the PALS being required. They said do not worry about the PALS and to just post a blank document or your certifications for the PALS on nursingcas. Good luck to everyone! Hopefully we will start to be hearing back soon. When I looked at last years page, most of them ( who applied earlier) at the beginning of September received the confirmation email and then about a week later posted about an interview invite! Who knows things change but I am excited!
