I am romanian as well learning for my Nclex. The best option is Kaplan book. Do you have your CGFSN report issued?

Hi Judith, I am Romanian too :yes: I am also studying for the boards. I finished nursing school in May and I will take the NCLEX next week. I used Kaplan, PDA by LaCharity, Mosby's nclex-rn comprehensive review book and NCLEX 4000 CD. Good luck to you!!!

Hello Judith,

How have you been doing with your transcripts and nclex ? Have you registered with any of us boards? I am trying to get a licence for NY, but since they have changed their requirements, I don't know if I am able to obtain one as I graduated in 1999 in Bucharest. So at that time the programme was quite different than what they do now.

The CGFNS process is very slow. Costumer support personell does not know what they are doing. Make sure they transfer you to the CES department and keep calling them every month or so otherwise your papers will sit there for months like mine did. After 6 months I payed for the expedited review and someone higher up got back to me and told me exactly what I need to get the process done. Everyone else was clueless.

Can I ask you when did you graduate from school and how long did it take for cgfsn to process you paperwork?

i graduated from carol Davila Bucuresti 15 years ago...I will start dealing with them this month for ces, as is quite useful in most of us states. I don't know if the school will be helpful sorting out my paperwork.

Hi, I m a romanian nurse as well, in the process of obtaining the CES report , but I already ecountered some issues . The OAMMR said they do not fill out the oform cgfns sent but the will issue me a certificate of current professional status . I m from Timis . How did your go ? I m registered in Ireland as well as a nurse so the nursing board said to me that cgfns is well aware that they do not fill out any papers . They will just sent them straight same certificate . The school I attended has an issue in filling out page nr 3 . They don't know how to . What can I do in this situation ?

Hi!

I am from Calarasi and here they completed the form for CGFNS, but still they don't know if they did it right.

But I tried to explain to CGFNS that romanian low is so different and they do not have a buget to send papers. It is so bad!
