The interview is given before acceptance. They determine acceptance off the interview. We were told in orientation that 100% will be covered for tuition and that we wouldn't be billed. I would say that you should be fine with your gpa especially since your prerequisite grades are high. Put your heart into your essay on the application. Houma wouldn't be too far of a drive into NO. BUT you have to realize with OLOL there is a 2 year contract you must sign with Tulane. For me it's worth it to become an RN in 9months. PM me if you want to ask me specifics.
