Smoothoperaterrn I am working on my paper also because of work the next 4 days. Im stuck on the last question which is management strategies. I am combing the readings thinking that this is mentioned and can't find it. Is it specific or just more fluff as usual?

I couldn't find anything in the book either. I made some stuff up ... like things you can do to be a leader on your unit.

How long we're y'all's papers?

My paper was about 2 pages. I hope that's good enough. The directions for the paper says max of 5 pages. No minimum page length stated.

I change my mind. I think she's supposed to be staff, that may rise into the level of leader, but not manager.
