Hello! I am currently in the last semester of nursing school! I just found that I got my role transition in the NICU. I feel extremely blessed for this opportunity! I was wondering is it a good sign that I was given role transition in the NICU as a senior?

Not necessarily. It depends on how your school allocates students to different locations. If your school takes into account GPA and other factors with respect to certain placements, and if the NICU is a coveted location for students to be during their senior year, then it might be a good sign in terms of your abilities and accomplishments as a student. If you are referring to it being a good sign in terms of the possibility of landing a job there, highly doubtful since they probably don't even know you. However, if you do want to work there then treat this opportunity as a month long job interview.
