rochester new york salary

Just curious as to what an rn with 2-3 years experience with an associates would make in rochester, ny. I am not looking for specific; just a general idea of the pay. I know every place is different. I want to stick to hospitals if possible. Thanks so much.

$23.75 an hour is the most recent I am aware of.

I would say the hospital RN base salaries in Rochester range from $22-23/hr for that many years of experience. However, you can quickly add to your salary with shift differentials and climbing the clinical ladder. Some hospitals also pay an additional hourly amount for being certified in your specialty area. If you do all of those things, your hourly rate could easily range from $26-29/hr.
