Hello Everyone! I am new the nursing commmunity and I was wondering if you might be able to lend a hand. I am working with a client of ours in Northern NJ who owns and opperates several health centers. They are having some trouble finding RNs and LPNs. I have been working very hard to try and network myself and meet and talk to as many working nurses as possible. So far everyone has been very nice and extremely helpful. I have recieved many good tips that have had possitive results and I'm hoping this post might bring me a few more. Do you have any suggestions of where to find nurses, or places they should advertise (along with allnurses.com of course)? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

The Star Ledger is one place, or local newspapers. Also, Monster.com and HotJobs.com. I'm from Jersey also, wish I was in able to help you out more!

Northern NJ is a tough market to compete in for nurses. Hospital based pay is good, Agency is excellent! What type of health centers are these??
I live in Northern NJ and have been a nurse for 20 years working in many different environments. If you want you can PM me with the type of healthcare and I'll be glad to put in my two cents worth.
