I've been trying ebay, amazon and half.com. What does it normally cost? I want to make sure I'm not bidding too much (on ebay). I would really like one for clinicals.
TIA!:)

What it is is a small, pocket-size reference guide...suitable for nursing students and established nurses. There are tabs that take you directly to assessment tools, lab values, dosage/calc formulas, well-known meds, etc....You can assess up to four patients per shift in it (maybe it's more? Brain overload, can't remember if it's 4 or more) and then, after you're finished, simply wipe it away with an alcohol swab. Here's a pic of one I found on ebay....was going to put it in as a hyperlink but the page kept automatically refreshing and wouldn't let me....copy/paste time.http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3595854908&category=29336

Hello everyone!
I am looking for some input on which is better?
RN Notes OR Mosbys Nursing PDQ
They both have a wealth of information, but I don't want to have TWO books in my pocket!
Thanks!

cowboy up and buy a pda. Then you can carry NO books!!!!!!
I have cowboyed up.....I have a pda....Sony Clie UX 50. BUT.....its a pain to find things in the books for the pda.....Tabers I use, Davis I use....other things I have on it are more time consuming finding info than carrying a book in my pocket. Now, with that explained, do you have any advice on which book is best???
I have RNotes on my pda. I find it very easy to use and helpful.

I wanted one for clinicals SO BAD!!! They are roughly $20 and I kept trying to get one cheaper on Ebay.....
THEN.......
I volunteered in class for a demo and my instructor gave me one for FREE as a thank you for being a volunteer!
