Hi, I am currently applying for NCLEX-RN for Washington State. I am just wondering if after taking english profiency exams, the board might as you to have refresher course or any deficiencies like California.

Hi. It really depends on your transcript/ education. Did you complete your education in the US? If not, a third party will need to evaluate it then the Board of Nursing will decide.
