Good day! I'm seeking for an immigrant/working visa sponsorship in order for me to work here in the USA, however, what I have now is a Tourist Visa. I graduated BSN April 2015 in the Philippines. I passed my PNLE June 2015.I passed my NCLEX September 2016. I am currently in Dallas, Texas, United States and all my family is here. I am hoping for a way for my visa to be sponsored while I'm here in Texas so I can start my career as a professional registered nurse here in the United States. I need advice, are there are any hospitals, clinics, home health care facilities than can help me with my situation? I am continuing my prayers. Thank you all!

Do you have any experience. If you check out US visa bulletin you will see if born in the Philippines you have a 6 year wait for immigrant visa. H1b if affected by the cap can not be applied for until April 1st with October start so you will have to leave as tourist visa is usually for 6 months. So although hard to say unless the hospital is affiliated with a university and not affected by the cap you will have to leave the US as some stage and wait.
