Hi,
I'm currently practicing as a primary care PNP, but have desire to go into inpatient care, possibly go back and get my acute care pediatric NP certification. Most post master's acute care PNP programs require 2 years of acute care nursing experience...does anyone have advice about how my resume and cover letter should look if I wanted to apply to some parttime or per diem RN jobs?
I can't apply to new grad RN programs can i? Do I leave my NP employment on my resume?
Any advice would be great on how I can gain the RN experience needed?

Have you either applied to one of these programs or spoken with someone at the school?
I find it hard to believe that they would require acute care nursing experience from a practicing PNP.
Best wishes as you continue.
