Let me know when you find out. I'm looking myself. I'm not getting positive feedback tho. [emoji53]
Oh really. In which area are you trying to find the residency program in NJ? I'm looking to the north jersey.
South Jersey. It seems there's more up north like in Bergen county. Valley Health has a new grad program. Have you tried them?
Actually I'm graduating in Dec. so I was trying to find a hospital in north that offers a good residency program. I saw Valley Health program. I will apply in December. But do you know any other hospital in north jersey that offers residency program?
Priya http://www.aacn.nche.edu/education-resources/NRPParticipants.pdf has a list of residency programs in NJ.

same here, I'm having a hard time landing a job. BSN and just passed my NCLEX- RN but no experience. sent out multiple resume now and still no response. I'm thinking of getting to a residency
It's frustrating how difficult it is. Everyone wants experience and no one is willing to allow you to gain the experience. I'm still in the hunt and am optimistic tho. It seems there are more opportunities in Norther NJ. Is that the area you are in?
Im from middlesex. Piscataway if you know it. Yeah its kinda frustrating. How can a new grad gain experience. Thats why you're applying for a job to gain experience. I mean you got to start somewhere you know
Hey Hero. Did you have any luck finding a hospital gig?
Well luck is not on my side, and I learned Patience is really a virtue. I landed a job in a skilled nursing facility and after 3 days I got offers in OR and Med surg unit.
How awesome! I guess the market goes in waves. lol. I'm happy to hear that you are successful
