Hi im just new in dialysis and got off training. I need tips for cannulating graft. Im having a hard time for them. As a new nurse I can cannulate 90% of fistulas but for graft im really having a hard time. Sometimes I hit the arterial and then miss the venous or vice versa. Any tips for it? Thanks!

Sleeves or any cover up doesnt matter to me. i'm used wearing thermal under my scrubs anyway haha

Give 2 weeks and suck it up. Thats what I did

Ill check it with my boss. Probably its okay because some of my workmates have it, but not sleeve ones. Some of them have it in their deltoid and sometimes peak out of their sleeves.

Hi guys im planning to cross of my bucketlist and its having a tattoo. Thinking of getting a sleeve one(whole arm). Wondering if I get fired or maybe have a hard time getting a job for this? I know the responsibility of it by covering during work hours, maybe wearing sleeves or wearing thermal and stuff to cover it. Any insights and opinions? Thanks!
