RN pay in Southern New Jersey/Philly?

Just wondering how much a newly graduated RN can expect to make in this area? Which hopsitals are the best to work for, and why?

Going from high to low

Philly- Chop, HUP, Hahnamen, Jefferson ( I think new RN start at 28-30/hour)

Jersey-Cooper, Virtua (I think 25/hour)

Here's what I know:

Hahnemann= $27.50

I've heard CHOP doesn't pay as well as the other hospitals in the city

Temple= somewhere around $30.00/hour

Einstein= $28 something/hour
