Sorry about that LJR, I didn't understand your post. Yes, the work experience here is min 1 year as well that seems to be teh norm. But it does make sense to get your BSN because you have to have your bachelor's degree anyhow and the experience. I have been looking into it in case that I don't get into nursing school by the time I need too.
