RN to NP with past disciplinary action

Hello, I have a past disciplinary action from 2013, nearly 11 years later this still comes up every time. I am licensed in 5 states and I have 2 unencumbered licenses but the other 3 are "expired" I was told I have to do probation if I plan on reactivating my license in NJ. I am sure NC and FL will be the same deal. I do not want to deal with that since I just completed probation in NY and TX and I just want to advance in my career at this point. I went from critical care to Psych and love it. I just want to know if it would even be worth for me to get a masters degree in nursing. Will the BON issue me a NP license once I pass my boards? Would they hold my past and the fact that 3 of my nursing licenses are not active?
