It's such a weird situation to be in. I used to see an NP through my hubby's health plan for my primary medical care. His insurance is being cancelled, so now I need to switch over to my health plan, and find a new doc. On the plus side, I have worked with many of these MDs at work (I work in a hospital) and know which ones I like best. On the other hand, I feel kinda *funny* being a patient and then also working with someone in a professional level when they admit patients to my unit. I know several of my coworkers do this, so maybe I'll get over it. The ones I have in mind are of course, professional and friendly/caring. But it just seems strange! I am curious what others have to say about it. Maybe I'm just being silly! Thanks.

I picked my doc from work. I wanted a woman, and I liked her and the way she treated her pts. My neck was bothing me the other day, so I got a prescription for 20 massages right there at work, without having to come in!:) I like her! Tommorrow is my first massage!
