RN moving to Portland!

Hello Oregon Nurses!

I've been an ER nurse for 2.5 years, a nurse 3.5 years total and I'm looking to work in a level one trauma in Portland coming from PHX AZ, I know of OHSU and Legacy Emmanuel.. Looking for advice as to which hospital system is preferred, and neighborhood recommendations.

Also, how is the nursing market for ER nurses/ experienced nurses? And if I'm moving May 2017, when should I begin applying??
