RN LTC 3rd shift payrate

Published

Does anyone know what RNs make in LTC for base payrate. I want to know the hourly rate for a RN with 3 years experience. One year in a hospital on a med/surg floor with telemetry and 6 months working per diem for a company where I worked in LTC. The last 2 years I've been in a primary care office (which I love). Moving to Branford, Connecticut and need to change jobs and need more pay..Please, if anyone knows the hourly payrate for RNs in LTC, respond. Thanks!

It's different everywhere, really. I have about the same amount of experience, and working 3rd shift I make $22.66/hr.

Imagine in Connecticut you'd make more, but (with 20 years RN experience) I was just offered $19.25/hour for nights.

I made $25/hr as a manager in LTC in CT.
