Mar 31 If your NJ license is a multistate one, you can use that to work in Texas until you change your primary state of residence (PSOR). PSOR is the state where you can prove you legally reside: It is the state from which you have your driver's license, voter registration card and state declared on your federal tax filing. Once you change these items to new state, must apply for Texas state license. Moving and need to change your PSOR? Reference the PSOR & Moving FAQs TX BON License endorsement info: RN ENDORSEMENT APPLICATION FOR GRADUATES OF INTERNATIONALPROGRAMS --full info Quote It is your responsibility to read the instructions carefully and make sure that you meet the qualifications to receive the license for which you are applying before you submit your application and the required fee.
