I am a forgein educated nurse, and I already have two RN licenses in SC and HI. I have been tried to endorse my license to GA. The GBON has received the official transcript from CGFNS on Nov 3, and has denied my nursing education today. It seems to me like the lady, working on my case at the GBON office, did not review these 8 pages of the official transcript. She even did not give me any explanation, why. She just wrote that since my nursing education has not met board requirements, my application has been denied at this time. However, this is not my first time applying to GBON. I have applied in 2009 and the education requirements were met in 2010. Today, my nursing education and the South Carolina and HI licenses were not enough to meet the Georgia Board requirements. Does anyone know something about the GBON "games playing" with the licenses by endorsement?
An answer will be appreciated. Elvira.

Each state has their own requirements and some can be met with no issues. If you met their requirements a year ago I would probably write and ask them to explain why criteria isn't met. Be aware the BON can change their requirements at any time and we have seen this happen with California recently
I sent GBON already an e-mail with this 2010 form attached. I hope for an answer tomorrow or as usual from GBON never!
