myself, an indian national and registered nurse level 1 -icu by profession , presently working as a registered nurse in bahrain. i am presently preparing for the registration process, in line with my aspirations to work and migrate to australia. [color=#333333]accordingly, in line with my aspirations i contacted few hospitals in australia directly, and i received a good supportive response. in one of the australian region, i am successful in the telephonic interview with two major hospitals, and after the interview and reference checks they informed me that, they are ready to sponsor me with the appropriate sponsorship visa, (457) and advised me to initiate the registration process with the nursing board.

[color=#333333]in view of this condition / circumstances, please advise me about the following, as you have very good experience in this field, i request you to spare a few moment for me in clarifying my doubts.

[color=#333333]if a hospital in australia is ready to sponsor me with (457) visa, still i need to do the said adaptation course ort the bridging course.

[color=#333333]while submitting the documents to the nursing board for registration, which i have to personnel, if i enclose an offer letter of australia hospital , will it fast track and make my application more strong.

[color=#333333]regarding bridging course, in my case! if i have to do a minimum 3 months bridging course, will my employer arrange it for me, or with and letter from nursing board will be enough to get a visa, so that i can join my prospective employer.

[color=#333333]but the verification of current registration - here in the middle east country - bahrain the system is different and there is no provision available for the verification of current registration. to support my current employment i can only product experience certificate, id card p/copy visa police clearance certificate etc. please clarify about the possible solution in my case. (i am still trying to get more information from the nursing body here)

[color=#333333]sorry lot of questions! please help me, your valuable information will help me to clear all my doubts and will enable me to proceed with my application.

[color=#333333]looking forward to hear from you.
