I just passed Boards and will be looking for a job real soon. I need help filling out applications. I have never had a job before, just clinical experiences for school. In many applications, they require you to fill out the past employment section. Am I suppose to just leave that blank or add in my clinical experiences? Although, some applications already include descriptions of clinical experiences. Please help? I'm confused.

Clinical experiences do not count as past employment. I recommend that you do not list your clinical experiences under the past employment section. (They are not the same! Clinicals are an unpaid requirement for nursing school.) I would only include paid work experience under this section.
If you have held any previous jobs (including those unrelated to nursing/healthcare), I would list those under the past employment section. By including even unrelated past employment, it shows that you are capable of holding a job, are able to work with others, etc.
If there is a section on the application for clinical experiences, I would list clinical experiences there and only there.
If it is the type of application that allows you to add a section and there isn't a section for clinical experiences, add one.
Best of luck!
I have never had a job though, should I just leave the employment section blank then?

Yes, leave it blank.
It requires me to fill that section out. Shall I just put n/a?
I would put n/a. You never had a part-time job or anything in high school that you can mention? I understand if you don't, but if you have ever had any job of any kind, I would mention it. If you really have never ever had a job of any type, I would just put n/a, like you mentioned. Best of luck.
