RN generic full Time fall 2014- Miami dade college

Published

I'm applying for the Generic Full Time RN program for fall 2014 (August). I took my NLN Pax exam already and got an overall score of 143. Curious if this will be goof enough to get in? Can't find any stats since the previous test was the TEAS... Looking forward to hearing back from anyone else that has taken the test already. Thx.

Go to registration on campus and bring proof of Florida Residency. i.e., drivers license, voters registration and vehicle registration. Take at least 2 of the 3.

Thanks girll

Actually for NUR1025C for example, there are two sections in the morning at the same time and two in the afternoon. The difference between the sections that are at the the same time should be the instructor ;-)

Thanks! I wasn't sure if this was a full day class split in two classes or 4 individual classes

I don't live in the area right now.. Any reccomendations on our clinical options?

We will have 3 classes together!!! uhuhuhuh:yes:

A friend of mine who already finished nursing at MDC told me is better to choose a different place each time for clinical, so you'll finish with a general knowledge about how each place works. I chose miami jewish home/ mt sinai for nur1025L and mercy for nur1211L.

Coco what clinical sites did You choose ?

For NUR1025L(Fundamentals) I choose Jackson Plaza/University of Miami Hospital section#814159

For NUR1211L(Med Surg) I choose Jackson Memorial Hospital section #823199

I chose these particular ones because I live near Medical Campus and they are all right across the street from Medical Campus. Therefore, it will take me only 7 minutes to get from home to each site. They also worked well with my schedule.

ladies could u please post the days and times for the sequences. i'm trying to register but i can't without knowing the sequences. thank you in advance :)

ladies how do u chose your clinical sites?
