RN generic full Time fall 2014- Miami dade college

I'm applying for the Generic Full Time RN program for fall 2014 (August). I took my NLN Pax exam already and got an overall score of 143. Curious if this will be goof enough to get in? Can't find any stats since the previous test was the TEAS... Looking forward to hearing back from anyone else that has taken the test already. Thx.

How about books?

I'm in the bridge program so I don't know if the book list is different. In orientation last Monday we were given a list of the required books. Don't know if it's better to buy them individually or go to the bookstore and buy the book packages.

Suggestions?

Are you looking at the booklist on the yellow paper. I don't really understand that list. a lot of those courses we're not even taking.

No clogs. the school has the required shoes for clinical.....they're $40

Hello,

I have been following this tread or quite some time and finally decided to post lol. I was accepted in the accelerated program and hope to met everyone at orientation next week. Like everyone else I ordered my uniforms online and will get the logo put on them. Does anyone had any suggestion for shoes (sneakers or clogs)? Also, does anyone have an idea of what our schedule will be like and if we can pick the clinical sites or if were assigned a site?! Thanks!! :)

Lol girl.. Have you done any of the online assignments on the edgt website? I was browsing the list and didn't see all of them on there.

you could try but i'd have an extra pair of nursing shoes in my car just in case they say something. The correct shoes are only $40.
