RN generic full Time fall 2014- Miami dade college

I'm applying for the Generic Full Time RN program for fall 2014 (August). I took my NLN Pax exam already and got an overall score of 143. Curious if this will be goof enough to get in? Can't find any stats since the previous test was the TEAS... Looking forward to hearing back from anyone else that has taken the test already. Thx.

Ok I called! Lol, tie backs are allowed or loose ? good I was afraid the ones I got wouldn't be correct. ? I asked the girl if it needs to be from the store she said no as long as the colors are the same "Hunter green" and it has the school logo. I'm still going to hold on to m receipt just in case.

I also asked for the white scrub for clinicals that has some details in hunter green and they said everyone from mdc got them all white

Yes that's what a lot of people are saying. However the women that spoke (I forgot her title) said that if she see's you with the wrong uniform she will make sure u purchase the correct uniform. without the correct uniform they will not allow u to test or enter class. If I have to spend a few bucks extra here and there then so be it.

the top is white with hunter green details on the arm. the pants are hunter green

I dont think it will be the same for homestead, as far as it is hunter green we shouldnt have any problem

I went to the orientation today.

Dr. Valerie Browne was adamant about us getting the scrubs from the MDC bookstore. Apparently this time around they plan to be more strict with uniform policy. She even said that you might be sent home from clinical/class if you're not wearing the proper uniform (same color, shape, white shoes/socks/undershirt) possible even not allowed to take an exam. Not sure if that was some horrible joke but I bought 1 white clinical top and 1 hunter green class top. I might take the risk and buy the pants somewhere else.

Is anyone having trouble signing up for classes?
