RN at Eskenazi health VS IU university hospital

I have an interview at both. & plan on going to both. MICU @ IU . Progressive care unit @ Eskenazi. Just wanted to hear from employees from either.. i know Eskenazi pays more lol

I used to be a clinical instructor at Eskenazi and I spent a lot of time at the nurses stations waiting to talk to students. I NEVER heard anyone complain or gripe. Seriously.

IU has laid off bedside nurses in the past. Just an observation.

Really Eskenazi pays more then IU? Wow didn't know that. When I went to the Eskenazi info session I was told they have really nice ratios. 1:4 med surg and 1:3 for step down. 1:1 or 1:2 for ICU.

I don't work at either but have RN friends at both. Eskenazi would be my pick.
