RN endorsement TX

hi, moved to TX from VA. I am in the process of fulfilling all the requirements for endorsement and I was issued a temporary license but noticed its a single state license. Will it change to a permanent multi state license after I complete the requirements? Sorry just a little (very) confused about the process. Hope someone can help clear it up. Thanks.

Contact the BON in Texas and ask or visit their web site. For the state I live in the single license do not change to multi-state/compact. It's a separate application even for nurses who are already licensed.
