Hi! I'm a FL RN who got my BSN in the Philippines. I just got my NJ license through endorsement yesterday (May 24th). I'm not sure how far along you are into the application process but I'll tell you how mine went in case there are other people interested.
I started my application on Feb 2017 and submitted all the forms they indicated on their checklist. I also initially called them to ask if they needed a CES report from CGFNS (which was not included on their original checklist) but they said that they have to review my application first and then they would contact me again if they needed more information from me. So I waited and called (got different answers) and waited. Sure enough, after about a month, they sent me a letter indicating that I needed a CES report, which I filed ASAP. CGFNS took about 2 months to process my report and sent it to BON on April 29th. I called BON NJ again after 2 weeks when I saw that my license was still pending to verify that they received my files. They said that they haven't and that they'd email someone to check on it and then told me to ffup within 7-10 business days. I just happened to be in NYC on May 24th so I went to Newark to follow up in person.
Guess what? They had my report with them all along but someone misplaced it or didn't inform the person in charge about it or whatever and it's just been sitting in some unknown nook, not doing me any bit of good. (>.
